Physiotherapist | Stroke & Geriatric Rehabilitation Specialist
Baoxian is a highly experienced and compassionate physiotherapist with a diverse background spanning public hospitals, private clinics, aged care, and corporate health settings. With a special interest in stroke rehabilitation, geriatric care, and pain management, she has helped countless clients regain independence, improve function, and enhance their quality of life.
Her clinical approach is grounded in empathy, evidence-based practice, and a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by older adults and individuals recovering from neurological events. Baoxian works collaboratively with clients and their families to create tailored, goal-driven programs that focus on safety, mobility, and meaningful progress — whether that’s returning home after a hospital stay, managing chronic pain, or staying active in later life.
In addition to her clinical work, Baoxian contributes to the next generation of healthcare professionals as an Adjunct Lecturer. Through teaching and mentoring, she remains engaged with current research and best practice, bringing a fresh and informed perspective into her clinical care.
Her broad exposure to corporate health also allows her to address workplace-related pain, postural dysfunction, and return-to-work programs with a practical, results-oriented mindset.

Speech & Language Therapist | Stroke & Geriatric Rehabilitation Specialist
Siew Wei holds a Bachelor of Speech Sciences with Honours from the National University of Malaysia and has over a decade of experience specializing in swallowing and communication disorders for patients with neurological conditions, including stroke, brain injury, dementia, and Parkinson’s disease.
Siew Wei previously led the Speech Therapy department at a community hospital and has worked across various clinical settings, including rehabilitation centres and nursing homes. She consults the implementation of EatSafe SG initiative for nursing home and food service providers. A dedicated volunteer for Aphasia SG and a consultant for the Australia Nutrition and Wellness Association, Siew Wei is passionate about patient advocacy and education. She is dedicated to improving patients' quality of life and empowering the community, with a strong belief in the importance of prevention for optimal health and wellness.

Physiotherapist | Pilates
Darryl is a dedicated and compassionate physiotherapist with a strong background in both hospital and private clinic settings, where he's supported clients through post-operative rehab, injury recovery, chronic pain management, and movement retraining.
He holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from 2017 and is fully registered with AHPC. His clinical experience spans musculoskeletal therapy, orthopaedics, neurological rehab, and etc.
To further support clients in achieving strength, balance, and long-term recovery, Darryl pursued additional training in Yoga and Pilates. He is RYT200hrs trained and certified with STOTT Pilates allowing him to safely integrate Pilates-based movement into rehabilitation and wellness programs.
His approach is always patient-centered and results-driven, blending hands-on therapy, exercise prescription, and Pilates-based movement to help clients return to the activities they love — stronger, more confident, and pain-free.
